really good and detailed course. a large catalogue of information that is offered on a human level that I can take away to support both myself, colleagues and families

This was a very informative course. Answered a lot of questions and made my understanding of the subjects discussed much clearer. Also highlighted a lot of issues which would explain the way I personally am feeling in this current climate. Thanks to the team for a fabulous presentation and I look forward to signing up to the full unabridged course in the future.

This was really educational and enlightening session. I particularly liked the section around the brain and the stress bucket. Gave me plenty of ideas to start working on my 3 P's!
