As I've never used Zoom before (CCC don't allow it!), I found linking between the workbook and the slides a little difficult. I found the content really interesting and useful. Strategies to take away and implement. Information on the different areas of the brain is really useful to take away and consider in my role when supporting the children and their experiences. Thank you.

Very useful and informative. Lots of ideas to put into practice to help and support when feeling stressed about different situations, whether at home or work, or out and about. Will be a great help during the unprecedented current situation we all find ourselves in.

I thought this was super useful, I have previously done a Mental Health First Aid course but I learnt new things on this short course too. Excellent - lots of info crammed into a short time - struggled to keep up with notes as I like to take too many. Would like to access to full course. Good mix of theory and real-life practical examples and suggestions.
