easily explained, in detail and step by step. I wanted to find ways of reducing stress and learn what I could do to minimise it when it becomes noticeable. I have written down the different actions I can take which will help with this.

Very interesting to have the background and full explanation of how the brain works in these situations. I teach yoga so have covered some of this before but useful to see the connections.
