Brilliant, made me realise that I am quite good at managing my mental health, but great ideas on how to deal with it if it drops, like the idea of finding out more about sleep.

Very good and interesting course. Probably could have done with some more time in some areas but understand it's difficult with the time requirements and training remotely.

I started to benefit from this course about 5 mins into the training! Our trainer Tamsen had such an easy straight forward approach, she made quite a complex topic very easy to digest and relate to. I came away feeling better equipped to help myself and others by recognising early signs of MH infringements.
