Very useful session on effective communication, it helped me better understand my preferred communication style, how it impacts others and how I can flex it to suit different situations.

It was useful to see different perspectives on how people act, and the use of splitting up the video call into group was a great technique to allow for greater communicability. From my understanding of the 4 personality styles I think it is a great introductory piece into how people think, however, it is quite basic and doesn't reflect on on the variability of people's personalities, and so as this I have had previous courses on this topic i didn't find it particularly useful

Actually practicing the skills has a significant impact on visualising use cases and actually remembering to use them in real life scenarios.

The homework prior to the session was very useful as it helped set the stage for the whole day. The TED talk was very insightful and I was very impressed to find that the remote session has not diminished its usefulness at all in my opinion!
