I enjoyed the course. The instructor was friendly and knowledgeable, and I found the content to be interesting and helpful.

Briony was very approachable, engaging and clear. Resource booklet will be an extremely useful guide as we look to implement the tools learned.

The facilitator quickly assessed each individuals level of "competency" and adapted the session to suit individuals. He engaged well with individuals and when we were in groups.

The course was beneficial, some of the elements would be easier to implement on large scale projects and others like SWOT analysis translate to other smaller short term workplace projects.
