Liz was a great trainer who was always happy to give examples and encourage us to answer our own questions. She was very insightful and was able to make a heavy course interesting and hands on.

This course was brilliant. A couple of the videos from the first day were a little basic, and didn't add anything to what the course tutor said (the Lencioni video was great, though) and some subjects that were touched on that are full courses in their own right could probably be dropped from this one (critical thinking and project management) but otherwise, the pace and content of the course was excellent. Performance and conflict management were extremely useful. The interactive and group task elements were engaging and built on the course content well.

Liz was very friendly and genuine. She did a great job at keeping everyone engaged despite the challenges of delivering the course virtually. The only small negative aspect was a difference between workbooks trainees received which resulted in some confusion, but I don’t believe it had any impact on reception of the information overall. Useful and enjoyable course. Five stars :)

George's delivery of the course was first class. He kept everyone engaged and his presentation was clearly presented and proved he knew his subject mater he was presenting.

The course was really good, I enjoyed the fact that George was really engaging, took the time to remember all our names, was a font of knowledge. Will be very interested to do more courses like this with George to help me progress in my role. Well done George and thank you
