Andrew was very informative and gave lots of time for us to answer questions and ask questions. if we didn't understand Andrew went back over in detail to help us all. The course was very informative and has given me a lot to take with me as I develop into a manager.

Being someone who is out of my comfort zone when using Teams etc. Andrew was or should i say still is very supportive of me and reassured me that i can always contact him for any help or advice which is for me very reassuring.

Although the course took place virtually I didn't feel that this impacted on the delivery. Andrew was very knowledgeable and helpful, going over areas that some of us may not have been too confident with to ensure we were prepared to write the assignment.

I enjoyed the course. It was interesting learning the theories and methods that can be applied to make the workplace a better place for everyone.

Very good course and will be easily adapted into my working life.
