Trainer was great and engaging throughout the three days of training and always on hand to help in and out of work hours which is greatly appreciated! Work pack was delayed due to myself only notifying my address to TSW 2 days before my course and the pack still arrived to me on time which I thought was great service!

I found the IOSH course itself good, I think the passion and experience of the trainer who was very knowledgeable made the course a lot more than it was. I feel that I have learnt a great deal and look at health and safety in a different light.

The trainer was excellent, engaged everyone appropriately, the sessions were stimulating and moved at a suitable pace comfortable for everyone, checking throughout that learning had taken place, giving good relevant examples from the workplace, and preparing us well for the tests.
