Rebecca was very thorough with the information she give us, all relevant information. I feel more confident in my job role going forward and I know if I ever needed to ask Rebecca something I could drop her a message. Doesn't put people on the spot, really encouraging and if you don't answer correctly she'll say that's really good also this.. which is refreshing to hear instead of having an instructor put you down in front of people.

Our facilitator was very knowledgeable and presented the course very well. Rebbecca used a variety of methods to keep the course interesting, current and relevant. I thoroughly enjoy the course and can confirm Rebbecca is an asset to your setup.

Very good course! trainer was fantastic and very neurodiverse inclusive, i never had to ask for something to be repeated or for extra time as the cors was run smoothly with good time allowances. excellent delivery of information.
