This cause was particularly interesting & kept me engaged the whole two days
I did find it different that there was content in the workbook that wasn't covered in the course (eg there was more content around goal setting than on the slides). Appreciated the inclusion of videos and the discussions had. George was fantastic at including people, remembering what people have said and validating people's thoughts. It never felt like anyone was "wrong" or vilified for thinking differently.
The course was extremely informative- I have learnt a lot and George provided many reading recourses for further reading. There is a lot of information to take in, but I have the work books to go through. I feel refreshed and inspired- Thank you so much
I found the course really interesting, sometimes challenging and thought provoking. Keen to meet with my team and share what I have learned and put it into practice.

It’s was easy to stay engaged with the tutor, he made it fun and that helped what could have otherwise been a boring two days for managers with experience in the field. I was enjoying and it did help with furthering my management skills
