Good and engaging course.

Was informative and helpful and gave ideas and suggestions that I can apply to my role

I enjoyed the course and Dave was enthusiastic and engaging. I think 2 days was quite long.

Dave was lovely and great. Some really good ideas and hints and tips into thinking about new ways we can approach situations.

The trainer Matt was excellent in his presentation and engaging. He was very helpful in answering questions and reinforcing the learning. He provided explanations which were relatable and effective.
