I felt the course ran ok, i believe it could have flowed smoother if it wasn't as condensed. it was a lot to take in in just 2 days. it could have been more interactive as well, which i believe may have made it easier to take more away, as it would have engaged the room more. I've been lucky enough to have been on similar courses before and i know that ill take things away from this course that i am yet to think i have learnt, however for the newer members of the team, those who haven't been in the role that long, its more difficult for them to see the gains from this course yet as they haven't had the opportunities to be in them scenario's.

I found the course enjoyable, engaging and beneficial. It was great meeting new people and the tutor (Andrew) did a great job keeping everyone engaged and learning.
I found the course very good and will be able to carry over a lot of the skills taught over to my job role. Andrew was fantastic in keeping me engaged throughout the course and was very knowledgeable.
I am very pleased that I attended the course, and I believe that I have definitely learnt new skills, which I will certainly use going forward. I think I may now be able to address some of the problems I face in my role in a more suitable way, and I will leave feeling more confident.
