Karen lead the training extremely well and allowed constant input from all attendees, with good discussions held. I found the course very interesting and will hopefully now be able to progress within my current role.
Karen was such a wonderful trainer. She was engaging throughout the two days. She listened to what our concerns were and adapted the training to fit. I felt listened to and valued the entire way through. I even felt comfortable to open up about our personal experiences on site and seek her guidance. I really have come away from this training feel empowered and enthusiastic for the future.
Karen kept us all engaged throughout the course and gave us situations and scenarios where we could implement the skills. Lots of food for thought.

Really enjoyed the course. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and helped me to look at things in a totally new way. There were lots of suggestions and tools presented, that I can now take back to my job, which will improve my leadership skills and how I am able to work with my team.
