Very engaging and useful to apply to my line of work
Course was informative and Matt was knowledgeable and explained information in a way to easily understand.
My 2nd experience with the same facilitator and I felt this was definitely improved. Good humour, more relaxed in approach and helpful in explaining in different ways if someone wasn't grasping the learning. Worthwhile course, triggers thoughts and options around working practice.
