Ian was amazing I learnt so much on becoming a better team leader the fun game puzzle at the end was painful but we worked together as a team to get the wrong answers Overall I recommend Ian 10/10
A good course, well structured and easy to follow.
Very engaging and useful to apply to my line of work
Course was informative and Matt was knowledgeable and explained information in a way to easily understand.
My 2nd experience with the same facilitator and I felt this was definitely improved. Good humour, more relaxed in approach and helpful in explaining in different ways if someone wasn't grasping the learning. Worthwhile course, triggers thoughts and options around working practice.
Matt was amazing, enthusiastic and a great support and teacher
Really good course; effective and informative.
I don't usually enjoy these types of activities but Matt made is very fun and accessible.
