Fantastic course. Great trainer that made it fun. Very knowledgeable about this course. Nice split of time between talking, writing and watching videos. Highly recommend this to all managers and team leaders

A lot of content is covered over the 2 days but the activities and they way the course is delivered means it is very engaging throughout.
Dave was a great trainer, engaging and interesting and made us feel comfortable to participate in the materials well. Dave knew the content of the material so that his knowledge was passed on with ease.

Lynne was an excellent trainer who really got us all involved. She has a great method of delivering the training and kept us all engaged. The content was all relatable and really useful.
