Lynne was great at leading and teaching and the environment was very engaging, which enhanced my understanding of the topics presented.
Lynne was absolutely amazing and kept the whole group engaged throughout. She let discussions between us flow and pulled the group back together when it was going off track. The content was really interesting and very thought provoking, leading to me questioning my own tendencies and those around me, and how I’ll be able to apply what I’ve learned to my work at the business.
Lynne was an excellent trainer and made the whole session engaging and entertaining while making you think about the material. There was always opportunity too discuss points and link them to real life scenarios

Great trainer, had vast knowledge on all fronts of the training and had examples where all techniques could be applied to. He kept everyone engaged throughout the two days and was always willing to asnwer questions.
Dave was very informative and kept a two day course interesting. I feel like I have learned a lot not only about leading a team but about myself as a person and how I cope with things as well as how I can adapt to cater for the different types of people on my team.
