The course was very interactive and very well delivered. i was expecting the course to be a little dull and not very useful but the trainer kept everything moving along at a good pace and involved everyone all the time. I think this would be a very valuable course for all HR staff to do and anyone who has had to change their working practices personally and/or are helping others to adapt to a new way of working.

Fantastic course, very interactive, not like the usual webinars that I have attended in the past. Would really recommend this course if you / your company is going through change and need further skills to ensure success.
