Very good. Very broad topics. Would be beneficial to outline expectations with the invite, would have loved to go into further specifics in certain areas. Otherwise, the amount of interaction was wonderful as everyone looked awake and sounded very engaged which is very rare now days.

The course is great for those that want both surface and deeper knowledge of the insurance industry. My main aim was to understand how the different job roles within the industry relate to one another so getting an understanding of the principles of insurance was a plus. Also may I add it was enjoyable and the interactive element of the course really helped me to retain what I learnt.
