Thought it was a very insightful course, and our trainer, Sarah, was awesome! I would love to, however, do a similar course focused on insurance basics in the U.S. market, as that is where my clients are located.

Very good workshop, despite being 3 hours, it held my attention throughout with excellent interaction. The instructor was clearly very knowledgeable about the industry and was able to answer any question we had in simple terms even adding stories from their own experience. They were also friendly and created a positive learning environment.

I think it’s testament to Sarah’s style and delivery that we all stayed fully engaged for the entirety of the course on a hot Friday afternoon! I loved the interaction and group exercise. It was pitched perfectly. Thank you so much as I definitely now have a much better foundation in insurance than I had this morning before I did the training!
