The Training session was really insightful and provided a strong foundation for anyone who is new to the insurance industry by focusing on the fundamentals to ensure the Insurance principles were clearly understood. Enjoyed the use of the webex and interaction via Annotation, Group Chat and Breakout groups, made it more engaging. Overall brilliant session!

It was a really good interactive session. I was made to feel comfortable about vocalising when I didn't know answers. Think I would have benefited from understanding a bit about actuaries and what their involvement/responsibilities are.
