The course content and delivery has been excellent. The pace of the course has been perfect. Sometimes on courses there is too much content and can seem rushed at the end. Not here, there was enough time to explore topics in greater detail where needed. Highly recommended.

Gary was our trainer and his knowledge and presentation of the subject was fantastic. The facility is exceptional with many different pieces of equipment. i dont every get involved in switching because i visit many site and attend the course for access to sites, and therefore attend for the knowledge and information. I felt the exam at the end was a little easier than previous years, but it should not be a formality. The food delivered was good. I returned my form a day late due to working away, and was left one day with no food. Perhaps spare sandwiches to purchase could be an option. i have already recommended the rest of my team attend the course.
