Really good course, learnt a lot about the processes of checking for dead and isolating systems as before I had no knowledge. I can take some good information away from the course and start asking questions at work. Enjoyed the practical part.

Very good course, with an instructor who took time to explain all aspects. Russ also injected some humour which helped during the more dryer modules.

Instructor was very good and experienced. Provided a good refresher on certain subjects and made the course enjoyable and interesting. Could have a more practical element to it instead of mostly PowerPoint.

Thoroughly enjoyable course, could have been more practical aspects. Instructor excellent with loads of experience and knowledge. All in all a valuable two days.
