Lecturer made the course fun and interesting. Use of board work helped engage more to myself instead of ‘death by PowerPoint ‘

Clock is too loud.

Booked in for a lunch meals but was given random meals or what ever food was left. More time needed for this course, more practical switching needed.

The course lecturer had excellent knowledge of the subject and was very helpful. The practical side was the most useful and enjoyable. I would say it is definitely helpful to have an electrical background as some aspects of the course are difficult to understand with limited knowledge

Course provider gave us the information clearly and concisely with relevant examples and a clear level of expertise

Clear and straight forward.

Delivered well at an appropriate pace. With time taken to explain things more in depth when required. A good mix of presentation via screen and by physical demonstration.
