Beating Email Overload with Outlook reviews

The trainer was warm and friendly but not as well informed as I would have hoped. The content of the course was more basic than expected. At one point I had to demonstrate an outlook tool to the trainer and I had to google a fix for another participant because the trainer didn't know the answer.
