Beating Email Overload with Outlook

What do you hate about email? The most common complaint we hear is that email can take over your day – you open Outlook and before you know it, it’s 4pm and you’ve not achieved anything on your ‘to do’ list for the day.

In response, we have created this half-day course to give you a radical new approach to your email that will help you to free up time for the big things you want to achieve. It will also leave you with the technical skills to deal with your emails more efficiently, so you feel in control. It has been designed for users of Outlook 2013/2016.

This course will give you lots of ideas for effective Outlook email management to help you to stay focused on what matters most. You will also consider alternative ways of communication that may be more appropriate, such as Skype for Business.

Please note – if you have headphones please bring them for the Skype for Business session.

Good email practice – better ways of using email so you and your team are making things easier for each other

Learners should be confident in creating and saving documents in Office as well as using Outlook.

This session will be taught in Outlook 2013/2016, but it will have tips relevant to users of older versions of Office.
