Serena was an outstanding trainer who covered an incredible amount over the two days of training. She seamlessly tailored the training to each learner's level and set the rest of the learners off on independent, more challenging tasks, when needed. She was encouraging and supportive while also offering stretch and challenge to each learner. She also offered extra one-to-one time with her during breaks and lunchtimes if wanted. The training was well paced and adjusted to how the group was finding it, rather than the set agenda. Serena took time and effort to show us ideas and possibilities based on potential reports we discussed.
