Was structured well and went at a good pace. Serena was great and allowed a lot of time for questions as we went along as well as checking our understanding by asking us questions.

Serena was brilliant. She went at a pace which was perfect for this topic and its level of complexity. Plus we were a mixed ability group and she checked throughout whether we understood various terms and acronyms. Serena took questions and was able to advise in simple terms what we should do, relating to our organisation and needs.
