Excellent training sessions. The course was highly practical, clearly delivered and packed with useful insights for real world reporting. I fell more confident using Power BI and would definitely recommend this course to others.
Serena was a great tutor, really clear, good pace, great exercises and recapping often. Happy venue has a great, calm, welcoming vibe and lovely food! Ice creams a great addition.

Serena was a wonderful patient teacher - had lots of time for everyone, but kept us all engaged. I learnt what i had hoped to from the course. The length of the course was just right I was also very impressed with the venue. A dedicated space, with a classroom the correct size for the amount of attendees. I'll be recommending this course to colleagues.
Serena was a great trainer and provided a well paced and structured training session. She was always happy to help with any questions and was happy to adapt the sessions to the needs of the attendees. Her experience with the product is vast and provided a very beneficial training course. She was also easy to speak to and created an inclusive environment. Happy provided a good course and I would recommend this to other people.
Serena was lovely, patient and very informative. On occasions, she got ahead of where people where but she was helpful in going back a step and explained how something went wrong (if went wrong) on the document.
The training was incredibly helpful and not once did I feel under pressure or like it was too confusing. Sereena the trainer was fantastic and made it a pressure free zone, was incredibly clear in instructions and tried to make it as relevant to our own work as possible.
A really lovely place to learn with a great teacher who helped keep the subject engaging throughout.
