Very interactive and informative, learnt a lot of how to give feedback and how to interact with employees around certain difficult topics. Will be putting these into practice with individuals within the business aiming to improve and and up skill the department

It is nothing to do with quality of course. But I would prefer face to face course rather than zoom. Particularly these courses. Thank you.

Great format - plenty of breaks, very interactive and flexible. Great facilitator and just the right amount of information!
