I found that the content was informative but without the 'management jargon'. It made me feel like I can action these activities without feeling 'corporate'or disingenuous!

Sam delivered the course excellently and made it very easy to be engaged.

I’ve always struggled on courses and I’ve always walked away feeling I’ve not learnt anything or taken much in so coming into the course on Tuesday was daunting. Sam made everyone feel comfortable immediately and the ways she trains is amazing. For the first time in my life I’ve come away from a course feeling positive and I’m excited to use what I’ve learnt in my day to day life.
