Engaging training section, clear communication and well structured.
I have throughly enjoyed this course and the knowledge I now have is fantastic. I have found some of the course material so interesting I have now ordered some books and audio book for my own personal use.

Claire was absolutely wonderful with this course, very engaging. I was really nervous about coming into this course but Claire made up feel welcomed and easily broke the ice. Can clearly tell she loves her job and is very enthusiastic, absolute pleasure and recommend we get as many employees into this course to better the staffs skills.
