Really helpful mixture of theory, practical examples from Claire’s experience, and roleplay sessions within the group. Wish I’d had this kind of course when I first became a manager.

It is nothing to do with quality of course. But I would prefer face to face course rather than zoom. Particularly these courses. Thank you.
