The training was very interactive the trainer made sure we all were engaged into the training the way of teaching via examples was very helpful.

As a newbie to the insurance world, I have thoroughly enjoyed all 3 of David Hole's sessions. He keeps the group engaged and mixes the sessions up between group tasks, presentation and stories.
