The course was very entertaining and engaging despite what I thought would be a rather uninteresting topic. The course leader made sure to engage everyone in the room, using them within examples to help drive the points home.
The training was very interactive the trainer made sure we all were engaged into the training the way of teaching via examples was very helpful.

As a newbie to the insurance world, I have thoroughly enjoyed all 3 of David Hole's sessions. He keeps the group engaged and mixes the sessions up between group tasks, presentation and stories.
