I had some issues submitting assessments. But Kerry Froggett was an absolute legend with all her IT support and converting my work to PHF. She has been a great help to me and always friendly and available to help with anything.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course and I found it incredibly valuable. The content was well structured, engaging and delivered in a clear and concise manner. Good course and like how you can complete in your own time and the online training is great for full time workers. the Power points just feel they need to be shorter as I felt I struggled to take in all the information over the full length of the video. Also I only found a way to interact with my tutor near the end of the course when I struggled on a couple of questions. maybe this information needs to be clear from the start of the course. but overall good resources.
