Completing the Level 3 Certificate in Safety, Health and Environmental Knowledge has been a genuinely valuable experience for me. I would like to say a big thank you for all the help, guidance and support I received throughout the course. From start to finish, I felt well supported and encouraged, which made the whole learning process much smoother and more enjoyable.
I have learned a great deal during this course, and it has significantly expanded my knowledge of health, safety and environmental management. It really opened my eyes to many small but very important details that play a huge role in day-to-day work. As a Quarry Foreman, I now have a much better understanding of how attention to detail, risk awareness and proper procedures directly impact safety and efficiency on site.
Special thanks go to Tom Felix, who was my assessor. He was excellent throughout the course — very knowledgeable, supportive and always available when I needed help or clarification. His approach made the learning process clear, practical and confidence-building.
I am confident that this qualification will have a positive impact on my career and help me grow further in my role. I truly believe that every yard manager or supervisor should complete a course like this, as the knowledge gained is not only relevant but essential in real working environments.
I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to improve their safety knowledge, develop professionally and take a more responsible and proactive approach to health and safety at work.
Thank you.

I had some issues submitting assessments. But Kerry Froggett was an absolute legend with all her IT support and converting my work to PHF.
She has been a great help to me and always friendly and available to help with anything.

A special thanks to Frederico Almeida for his outstanding support and quick response to my questions throughout the course.
Overall, this course exceeded my expectations and has significantly contributed to my personal and professional development. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to deepen their skills in this area.
Wishing the entire team all the best in the future.

Good course and like how you can complete in your own time and the online training is great for full time workers. the Power points just feel they need to be shorter as I felt I struggled to take in all the information over the full length of the video. Also I only found a way to interact with my tutor near the end of the course when I struggled on a couple of questions. maybe this information needs to be clear from the start of the course. but overall good resources.
