Definitely met what was on the course agenda for the Talent Strategy course on the LBTC website. From a bespoke perspective, I really appreciated talking about the TM frameworks as I've found previously that there are so many so this course helped me to see the benefits of using different ones. One of the my key aims was also to discuss how the Organizational strategy, HR strategy and Talent Strategy align. I understand better the linkage between the HR and Talent Strategy after our discussion and some reflection but I would like to be clearer on the Organizational Strategy linkage. Overall I think perhaps more time on the bespoke parts of the course would be great. A lot was covered though in the session around TM topics which I appreciate. Thank you very much
Really impressed with the quality and friendliness of staff. 9/10 really pleased. Venue slightly sub-par at times, wasn’t issued a card to get in and out which was awkward. Content fantastic.
