Learning about the pestle analysis was interesting, and I will be implementing this and thinking about this whilst out on the sales desk.

Not too overwhelming, very interesting course materials and catered very well to our company, Nothing felt generic or "copy & paste" like a lot of courses fall into. The trainer was very relaxed and clearly very knowledgeable. TLDR: Informative, Engaging, Well catered to us.

Well orchestrated group session, clear and engaging. Claire and Nikki was very good to make the different teams work alongside each other and explained material clearly, so I understand how this fits in my career plans. Thank You!

As someone with anxiety, I sometimes find it very hard to interact and get involved so it was really refreshing and such a confidence boost to feel comfortable being able to put my input in the session and everyone listened. I also enjoyed the content within the session as it broadened my views and knowledge within the company and factors that could effect the company.

Technical issue at the start of the session, quickly rectified and apologised for. Didn't impact learning overall. Very engaging trainer with clear experience, great work enabling group interaction and good engagement from most colleagues.
