Craig is really engaging and I enjoyed the sessions immensely. More B2C please so if this is run again it would be suitable for those in sales (direct)

We had some issues with the class call but managed to still get involved and learned all i needed to know to develop over the course
Very informative and educational course session. Easy to understand and comprehend all the information that's being offered. Team exercises allowed for a chance to get to know and talk to other participants of the course. Claire, the trainer is very friendly and patient.
Technical issue at the start of the session, quickly rectified and apologised for. Didn't impact learning overall. Very engaging trainer with clear experience, great work enabling group interaction and good engagement from most colleagues.
It was good and some interesting content that was new to me
A very good session , the best one and most practical one so far. Really honed in on the need to create a valid business reason before engaging retailers about an opportunity.
