The content of the course was fantastic, I’ve learnt so much and gained tremendous amounts of confidence from this course as I was really nervous to begin with, Kirstie was brilliant with us all and and was so supportive throughout and made me feel really comfortable, her delivery was brilliant and she was so knowledgeable - Liam, Kirsty B and Andy made me feel so very comfortable and were so friendly and supportive also . I want to say a massive thank you to everybody that has interacted with me and was supportive during my time of grief earlier on in the year, I’m so very grateful for all the support and kindness I received . So a big thank you to all.
Really informative, lots of good information delivered in a way that was easy to understand. Really good demonstrations and good pace to the course. Kirstie and Liam made the course enjoyable, gave good feedback and questioned in a way that made you think instead of feeling under pressure. Kirsty and Andy supported on the assessment day, giving great feedback and trainer tips.
I really enjoyed the course and I learnt lots of information and new ways of working and thinking , this will greatly Benifit the young people I work with. This course has given me the confidence and knowledge I need to deliver the course. I really enjoyed meeting all the team kirstie R was an amazing trainer as was Liam. Lovely to meet Andy, Rachel, and kirsty B as well who all passed on wonderfull tips and advice Thank you all
I found the training really informative and delivered by passionate caring trainers. Andy came in to see us on our assessment day and was very supportive, friendly and delivered lots of useful tips and was happy to be a guinea pig 😁 I love the fact that we are always supported and not just left to get on with it, and throughout the course this was emphasised. I really enjoyed myself, thank you.

Good content, good explanations and met the needs of varied services. Great group who felt relaxed and confident enough to support each other throughout. Positive learning environment.
Really informative course, learnt a lot and really encouraging teachers, made to feel very comfortable and at ease. I feel like Iv learnt a lot during the week and feel I can take my skills away and improve and teach more confidently

Fantastic course which will significantly improve our organisations offer for staff and people we support. The course has been intense as there is alot to learn but all of the staff were very welcoming and made the course enjoyable and fun. I am looking forward to putting this into practice
