Andy is an experienced trainer who understand learning needs of all attendees. Course it self is one of the best courses that I have ever attend.
I found this training extremely eye opening and interesting. I am so glad that this training taught me so many different techniques to try prior to a psychical restraint. Andy was a fantastic, engaging and friendly trainer who made us all feel at ease.
