I have learnt a wealth of knowledge from Ben over the past three days. I was really nervous about being taught the physical side of the job, not thinking that I'd be able to restrain any person larger than myself, I feel very confident now after Ben has shared his expertise. Many thanks for a making the course interesting and engaging.
Very informative and clear instructions about the moves.
Brilliant, relevant information with focus on the important strategies and their relevance to good, respectful support.
It was a productive course, as l have learnt how to restrain in a safer way for both me and the people we support. But restraining should be the last resort after trying other ways like redirecting verbally.

The course was very informative, Rounak did a brilliant job explaining every aspects of the training. The training has increased my confidence to face the situations where staff have to performe breakaway techniques and if no other safe options left - restrictive practices. Very productive training
