Response: Hi Oluwatosin. Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear that you found the course delivery excellent and that Linsey’s approach made the session engaging and enjoyable. It’s great to know that both the theoretical and practical elements, including the breaking techniques and STEPS framework, supported your understanding of PBS and the factors that can influence people’s behaviour.
