Brilliant training very knowledgeable went in depth with all the techniques asked all the time if we were comfortable and understood the training was all timed well and trainer very understanding.
I’ve done this course four times but this time I learnt the most. Liam had a different style of teaching, he presented things in different ways, which I understood and could relate to. The practical was clearly demonstrated and we were given time to practice with Liams support.

Was very engaging and held my attention. Details of course was communicated effectively and in a manner that was easy to understand. Was patient with all staff when they did not always understand break away techniques immediately. Was a nice refresher.
A really excellent training session. Liam was a fantastic trainer and explained/shown us all the techniques to keep us all safe. He also went through BSC’s paperwork to ensure the staff know how to fill them in, in the appropriate manner. Thank you Liam it was a pleasure to be trained by you
