Trainer (Rachael) was fabulous and very engaging. The 3 and a half hour session flew by! The training session was very interesting and I learnt a lot of information which I’ll apply on a day-to-day basis.

High engagement within the course and found this useful. Reflective practice within the session which changes approach to working with customers. Interesting and enjoyable. The instructor was great.
