I found Kirstie knowledgeable and engaging with lots of interesting snippets. I thoroughly enjoyed the course. Just one tiny observation. The first day was quite long with only one break and I had been sat at the computer for a couple of hours earlier. It would be nice just to have 5 minute comfort breaks every hour to stretch our legs and take our eyes away from the screen. Just to end on a really positive note...I've learned so much and thanks again

I enjoyed both sessions immensely. I learnt such a lot from Rachael, from the resources in the workbook and also from doing some research myself. I also got a lot from undertaking the training alongside colleagues I wouldn't normally work with and hearing their experiences and insight. I highly recommend this training even if you don't work directly in a supported service.

A bit too long before having a break which was only 15 minutes. Otherwise very good.
