The course was really helpful, I have learnt a lot and found it very useful. Liam was a really good trainer and he kept us engaged the whole time. The content of the course was really informative.

Initially when we started the course , i felt does not relate to me due to the setting i work in . But later , found out ws very useful . Thankyou .

Very informative & added to my workbook from last years answers as more during that time there are even more practical experiences to draw upon & different family members for reflection. Really helps as a recap and to enhance existing knowledge as we are always learning! Really enjoyed it!
