Course content understandable and relevant

Very helpful. Appreciate regular short breaks as opposed to longer less frequent breaks. This helps the day pass but keeps information fresh.

The course was very good and helpful for me gaining knowledge as a tsco/tss and helped me understand the role and Richard is very good at providing the information for the course.

For the first time in a long time I have undertaken a course where I was engaged and not clock watching, yawning or praying for a break. Credit to Rich for his delivery and engagement
