Keith was very enthusiastic and patient willing to help with any questions, never made us feel like we couldn't ask a question Also quite a funny guy manages to make the more serious topics a bit lighthearted whilst conveying how important the topic was

We did not have Richard we had Keith, who is a very nice, approachable person. The course was set at a very good pace, and the course had plenty of information and lots of devices to use.
